This website is operated by Xovivo ("Xovivo", "we", "us", "our"), a business providing CRM system setup and configuration services for businesses. Our registered address is:
XovivoYou can contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +44 151 513 8346. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales and comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) as retained in UK law under the Data Protection Act 2018.
Orders for our CRM setup services may be placed via our website, by email, or by telephone. When you submit an order, this constitutes an offer to purchase services from Xovivo. No contract exists between you and Xovivo until we send you a written confirmation, either by email or another durable medium, accepting your order and setting out the scope of work, timeline, and pricing.
We reserve the right to decline any order, for example where the requested work falls outside our service capabilities or where the details provided are insufficient to proceed. In such cases we will notify you promptly and no charge will apply.
All prices are quoted in Pound Sterling (GBP) and, unless stated otherwise, include any applicable UK Value Added Tax (VAT). The final price and scope of each engagement will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Our standard CRM setup service typically includes initial consultation, system configuration, basic data migration, and user account setup as agreed in the order confirmation. Any additional work outside the agreed scope — such as extended customisation, third-party integrations, or additional training sessions — will be quoted and agreed separately before being carried out.
Payment terms will be specified in the order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, where applicable.
If you are a consumer contracting with us at a distance (for example, via our website or by telephone), you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the order confirmation, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected].
Please note that if you request that work begins before the 14-day cancellation period ends, you may lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed, or you may be required to pay for the proportion of the service already carried out.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at [email protected] or by phone at +44 151 513 8346. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and to work with you towards a fair resolution.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to the above, Xovivo shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business data, or business interruption, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical issues with third-party software platforms used as part of the CRM setup.
Our website sets only one cookie, named privacy_state, which stores your consent choice for a period of one year. We do not use analytics cookies, tracking scripts, or any other cookies of any kind. Advertising measurement, where applicable, runs only after you have given consent, and only on the order confirmation page.
For matters relating to how we handle personal data, or to exercise your rights under the UK GDPR (including access, correction, or deletion of your data), please contact us at [email protected]. If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent supervisory authority for data protection.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version published on our website at the time of your order shall apply to that order.
